Job Title: Studio Relations & Content Sales Manager Location: Remote Industry: Film, Television & Digital Media About Us Lima Films is a dynamic entertainment management and production company dedicated to developing extraordinary creative talent and bringing compelling stories to market. We cultivate a diverse slate of film, television, and digital media projects from writers, directors, producers, and multi-hyphenate creators across platforms. We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager or Agent to represent Lima Films and actively pitch our projects, development slate, and creative material to studios, networks, production companies, and streamers. This role focuses on positioning Lima Films’ content for maximum visibility and securing deal opportunities across the entertainment ecosystem. Responsibilities • Represent Lima Films, its slate, and its creative material to studios, networks, streamers, and production partners. • Pitch and present projects for development, acquisition, production, or co-production opportunities. • Identify strategic opportunities and emerging buyers for Lima Films’ content. • Maintain and expand relationships with key executives, producers, agents, and industry partners. • Track industry trends, marketplace shifts, and buyers’ mandates to align Lima Films’ slate with current demand. • Collaborate with internal creative teams to refine pitches, materials, decks, and scripts for market presentation. • Support packaging, talent outreach, and strategic partnerships that advance Lima Films’ projects. • Assist in negotiating deal terms in coordination with legal representatives. • Help source new creative material that fits Lima Films’ brand and slate strategy. Qualifications • 5–7+ years of experience in content sales, development, representation, agency, or studio/network relations. • Demonstrated success pitching and positioning projects to studios, networks, streamers, or major production entities. • Ability to secure financing, studio partnership and distribution for project and/or slate. • Strong understanding of film/TV development, marketplace trends, and deal structures. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. • Deep knowledge of current industry trends and buyer content strategies. • Passion for championing creative material and expanding its reach in the marketplace.
