Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator / Project Manager located in Sherwood, OR. The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, coordinating with clients and team members, and overseeing project timelines to ensure successful project completion. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, and monitor workflows to ensure efficiency and quality. Qualifications • Strong skills in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Construction Estimating • Expertise in Project Estimation and overall project planning • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in relevant software tools to manage estimates and project workflows • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) • Prior experience in the construction or electrical industry is a plus
