Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and elevate our Lighthouse division. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic growth, optimize operational excellence, and foster innovative business development initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals to accelerate growth and operational efficiency. • Lead and oversee all aspects of operations management, ensuring optimal performance across departments. • Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions, technological advancements, and organizational priorities. • Supervise senior leadership teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development. • Manage business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. • Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget parameters. • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate service quality. • Develop budgets, conduct forecasting, and monitor financial performance to support sustainable growth. • Lead program management efforts by coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives efficiently. • Promote a culture of innovation, leadership, and continuous learning throughout the organization. Experience • Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in leading large teams and supervising senior leadership roles. • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and executing change management initiatives. • Extensive knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex programs from inception to completion. • Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational goals. • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results. • Prior experience in managing organizational transformation or large-scale operational changes is preferred.
