Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant based in Red Bank, NJ. The daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing receptionist duties, performing clerical tasks, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining a professional and organized front desk environment, ensuring excellent communication with clients, and providing outstanding customer service to support the overall operations of the office. Skills & Qualifications • Warm, professional communication and interpersonal skills • Energetic, proactive, and “can-do” attitude • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes and paperwork efficiently • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment • Proficiency in Microsoft products • Financial services or professional office experience preferred • Client-facing experience a plus • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Primary Responsibilities • Answer and manage incoming phone calls; direct calls and take accurate messages • Respond to client inquiries as appropriate • Attend and assist in client meetings • Collaborate with team members on daily operations and special projects • Perform routine office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry • Prepare and process routine client applications • Handle mailings and shipping (USPS, FedEx, Stamps.com) • Order office supplies and manage inventory • Run occasional office errands (bank, lunch orders, etc.) Hours & Compensation • Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday • Overtime: Paid overtime during tax season • Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience How to Apply • Please submit your resume along with your salary expectations.
