Company Description LiftHER Career is a career launcher focused on empowering soon-to-be and recent college graduates by building the essential skills, experience, and professional networks needed for long-term career success. Rooted in a mission of equity and access, LiftHER tackles barriers like underemployment, lack of experience, and limited social capital to help young professionals confidently launch and grow their careers. As a coach, connector, and job-placement catalyst, LiftHER delivers tailored career coaching and networking support, going beyond guidance by actively referring participants to opportunities and introducing them to LiftHERs—an exclusive network of vetted professionals ready to share insights and support. Our work focuses on supporting students and new grads who often face added hurdles in accessing mentorship, networks, and career-launching opportunities, including first generation college going students, immigrant-connected students, and international students. About the Program Grad2Hire is LiftHER’s exclusive career readiness + fellowship program for recent grads. It begins with a 5-week virtual professional bootcamp designed to build career management skills, personal branding, and industry awareness. This experience is capped off with our signature Mock Interview Festival and RiskReady Capstone where students get to apply the skills they've learned, earning a chance to present to leaders with our host company partners. Afterward, participants are referred for full-time roles or a paid Fellowship lasting up to 6 months in Risk Management and Insurance. Through it all, you gain critical skills, support, and resume-boosting experience to launch your career with confidence! Key dates to note Applications Close: January 15, 2026 Selected Participants Notified: Rolling starting January 5, 2026 Career Readiness Bootcamp: February 23 - March 27, 2026 (all sessions are virtual and will take place in the evening and weekends).
