We are seeking a dedicated Senior Automotive Customer Support Manager to join our team and serve as the primary liaison between our valued customers and various dealership departments. Job Summary The Senior Automotive Customer Support Manager will oversee the customer support team and act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with sales, service, parts, and finance departments. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving escalated issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience at Lifted Trucks. Key Responsibilities ● Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitatingcommunication between customers and dealership departments (sales, service, parts, and finance) to ensure a smooth and positive experience. ● Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, andconcerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. ● Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the customer support team, fostering aculture of excellence, collaboration, and customer focus. ● Process Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes,improve inter-departmental communication, and enhance the customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support. ● Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to elevate the customer experience, including follow-up protocols, satisfaction surveys, and loyalty programs. ● Data Management: Monitor and analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to dealership leadership. ● Compliance and Standards: Ensure all customer interactions adhere to dealership policies, industry regulations, and Lifted Trucks’ commitment to excellence. ● Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to coordinate customer needs, such as vehicle customization, service scheduling, and financing options. Qualifications ● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or support roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably within an automotive dealership or related industry. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered. ● Skills: ○ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. ○ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. ○ Proven leadership and team management skills. ○ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ○ Knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance processes, is highly desirable. ● Attributes: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast- paced environment. ● Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by dealership operations.
