We value every team member’s input • Specialists are the foundation of about 90% of what we do here at "LiFT OFF Enterprise & Co LLC." • They take assigned tasks that involve catering to certain and potential clients • They form projects and presentations that cater to a clients ideal interest • Required to do monthly portfolios of creative ideas and marketing incentives • Experienced specialists, are assigned their own Clients when their deemed ready. Duties - Report directly to the Director of Operations -Train new hires - Oversee a team of DOL Managers & Supervisors(Lead CS's) - manages daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, overseeing departments like customer support, supply chain, and project management to align operations with the company's overall strategic goals.
