Overview Lifeway is seeking a Customer Care Specialist responsible for processing orders from internal and external partners, as well as processing mail orders from churches. Responds to customer inquiries and resolves order-related issues promptly to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Maintains and updates customer account information to ensure accuracy and seamless order transactions. Enters and manages order data in Oracle and monitors departmental inboxes to process incoming requests efficiently. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate accurate and timely order processing and issue resolution. Handles payments from mail orders, ensuring secure processing, documentation, and delivery to the accounts receivable lockbox. Answers and routes corporate phone line calls, providing appropriate assistance to customers and internal departments. Participates in process improvement initiatives, offering feedback and insights to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent, required Bachelor's degree, preferred Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required Required to work in the office 2 days per week. Must be located within the Nashville Metro Area. Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred Knowledge of warehouse management systems (HK) and other relevant software.
