As a FUGE Camps Support Specialist, you will support summer camp experiences for students by managing participant lists and ensuring proper documentation. You will communicate with camp staff and assist in the overall success of camp operations.
Candidates should be actively involved in an evangelical Christian church and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of two years of administrative assistance or project coordination experience is preferred.

This is seasonal Summer 2025 position and is a Remote work opportunity April Training - Thursday, April 30th and Friday, May 1, 2026 As a FUGE Camps Support Specialist, you’ll perform integral functions to support life changing experiences for thousands of students at summer camps. You will communicate with camp staff around the nation, and will play a key role in the success of camp operations. Responsibilities Model vision statement and excellence in customer service Reconcile church participant lists with individual release forms Maintain confidentiality of customer’s protected personal information Manage the forms database Contact all customers with missing release forms or missing information Be available to answer questions regarding forms from customers, FUGE Camps office staff, and summer staffers, primarily the assistant directors Respond to phone and email, with a strong focus on good customer service Ask for management assistance when needed Travel to trainings and events, as needed April Training - Thursday, April 30th and Friday, May 1, 2026 Qualifications Participate in the entirety of the 2026 camp season Beginning mid-April to early August 2026, option to extend, as needed Be actively involved in an evangelical Christian church Practice strong written and verbal communication skills Practice excellent organizational skills, ability to follow-through, and meet deadlines Possess a basic knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office 2 years of administrative assistance and/or project coordination experience is preferred FUGE Camps Support Specialist compensation $15.00+ / hour depending upon relevant experience
