Role Description This part-time position for a Community Manager will oversee 2–3 HOAs in Orange and Riverside Counties. The Community Manager works directly with HOA boards and homeowners, providing proactive communication on community projects, vendor coordination, and maintenance needs. Responsibilities include running board meetings, reviewing financials, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and keeping each community informed and organized. The CM will be working remote, with the expectation of visitng each community at least once a month. Qualifications • *Mandatory* --> Experience managing HOAs or residential communities • Strong communication and organization skills • Comfortable leading board meetings and reviewing financial reports • Ability to manage vendors and oversee maintenance projects • Familiar with HOA governing documents and California Civil Code • Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely • Available to visit assigned communities in person at least once per month • CACM certification preferred; CMCA or AMS a plus • Based in or near Orange County, CA
