Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Identity Management Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for provisioning and decommissioning user accounts across Office 365 and secondary systems, both linked and not linked by SSO. The specialist will ensure timely account management, compliance with security policies, and conduct monthly audits to verify that no unused accounts remain active. COMPENSATION $23.50 - 28.20/ hourly plus annual bonus potential Key Responsibilities Provision user accounts in Office 365 and all secondary systems, ensuring proper access and permissions based on role requirements. Manage account creation for systems integrated with SSO as well as those requiring manual provisioning. Coordinate with HR and department managers to ensure timely decommissioning of accounts upon user termination or role change. Perform monthly audits of all systems to identify and remediate unused or inactive accounts. Maintain accurate records of account provisioning, decommissioning, and audit activities. Collaborate with IT and other departments to support onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes. Develop and maintain documentation of identity management procedures and best practices. Prepare and present reports on account status, audit findings, and compliance for management review. Provide guidance and support to end users regarding account access and identity management issues. Identify opportunities to improve identity management processes and implement best practices. Skills and Experience Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related experience. Proficiency with Office 365 administration and identity management tools. Experience with SSO platforms and manual account provisioning processes. Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. Ability to coordinate with HR, managers, and internal teams for account lifecycle management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Basic knowledge of IT security principles and compliance requirements. IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, or similar. Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms. Knowledge of audit and compliance best practices. Experience with PowerShell.
