What will you earn: · Our Inside Sales team members are expected to earn a minimum of $150,000 per year through weekly commissions and monthly incentives. · Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs. · Top Producers earn over $200k. What will you do: • Build Client Relations - our top priority. • Selling Systems to out-of-state customer base. • Develop Referral Network. • Utilize a proprietary CRM. • Follow LifeSource sales process. · Maintain regular communication with management. · Work from home. What we will do: • Provide access to a large customer database for prospecting. • Advertise extensively: TV, radio, web, email. What we are looking for: • Excellent phone sales experience. • A positive attitude, with a high level of confidence. • A minimum of 4 years inside sales experience. • A team player who appreciates a positive culture. • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Excel.
