Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered Skills: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. Customer service experience or aptitude required to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the public. Certifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
