Customer Support Specialist Troy, MI (½ mile from Somerset Collection) We are hiring a dependable Customer Support Specialist to support daily insurance operations and deliver high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, in office position. Bilingual REQUIRED. Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound customer service calls and assist with insurance inquiries • Explain policies, benefits, and next steps clearly and accurately • Maintain professional phone etiquette and resolve customer concerns • Complete accurate data entry and documentation • Use multiple insurance and office software systems daily Qualifications: • Customer Service Representative (CSR) or customer service experience required • Insurance experience preferred but not required • Strong typing, data entry, and computer skills • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities • Bilingual required: English & Arabic (Aramaic strongly preferred) • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
