Lifecore has a Senior Project Manager opportunity leading complex, technical projects in our dynamic Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). This can be a fully remote position based in Minnesota, North Carolina or Texas with the ability to travel to the corporate facility in Minnesota on occasion for project related activities.  As a key member of our project management team, you will have the opportunity to:   * Plan, execute, monitor, and control multiple projects with cross functional internal project team(s) and external client teams * Create a body of knowledge of the project for external review and further knowledge throughout the Project Management team * Communicate project scheduling, milestones and revenue impact to team members and leaders This position could be a great fit for you have strong communication and facilitation skills along with the following:   * Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering or Science preferred * 5 – 8 years of experience in project management leading cross-functional teams * Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical fill/finish cGMP experience  * Technical experience with pharmaceutical production processes, preferably in a CDMO strongly preferred. * Experience managing pre-filled syringe, vial, and/or cartridge products.   * Solid understanding of and ability to apply Project Management principles and methods * Track record of initiating/onboarding new projects and new clients to projects * Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred  Starting Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually with consideration for relevant skills and experience Lifecore offers a highly competitive total rewards package, including: * Opportunities to learn and grow with a well-respected company * Competitive compensation with annual reviews and a company-wide incentive bonus * Benefits that start the first of the month after you join Lifecore as a full time employee: * 3 medical insurance plans to fit your needs and budget including an HSA Plan with a generous company contribution. * Low cost dental and vision insurance * Short term disability, long term disability and life insurance all 100% company paid * 3 weeks PTO in the first year (increases to 4 weeks after just 2 years!) * 9 paid company holidays plus 2 personal holidays * 4 weeks of paid family leave after 1 year of employment * Tuition reimbursement * 401k plan with company matching contribution Meet Lifecore Biomedical, LLC: Lifecore Biomedical, Inc.
