We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized Intake Coordinator to join our team and support the growth of our surrogate community. Position Summary The Intake Coordinator plays a key role in converting incoming leads into qualified surrogate candidates, managing the early stages of the surrogate onboarding process, and supporting recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced, personable, detail-oriented, and ideally has firsthand surrogacy experience. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Intake & Conversion (Primary Responsibility) • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective surrogate leads. • Conduct intake interviews, collect preliminary information, and assess eligibility. • Educate candidates about the surrogacy process, expectations, timeline, and requirements. • Nurture leads through consistent communication to maximize conversion into active surrogate applicants. • Track lead progress and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems. 2. Surrogate Recruitment • Independently source, attract, and recruit potential surrogate candidates through digital platforms, social media, community outreach, and referral strategies. • Develop creative strategies to expand LifeBridge’s surrogate pipeline. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet monthly and quarterly recruitment goals. 3. Medical Record Acquisition & Process Management • Obtain medical records from clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers as needed. • Understand surrogate eligibility criteria based on medical history and guidelines. • Follow agency procedures regarding HIPAA-compliant handling of medical information. • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely review and approval of records. 4. Experience as a Surrogate (Preferred) • Candidates with personal experience as a gestational carrier are strongly preferred. • Ability to empathize with surrogate candidates and provide mentorship based on real knowledge of the journey. 5. Bilingual Ability (Preferred) • Strong proficiency in English + Spanish preferred. • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse surrogate candidate populations. Qualifications • Prior experience in surrogacy, reproductive health, intake coordination, or related fields preferred. • Excellent communication skills—warm, clear, and persuasive. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously. • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours. • High level of professionalism and integrity. Compensation • Part-time position • High commission structure based on successful surrogate conversions and recruitment performance.
