Our fast growth is powered by our sales teams. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for experienced Sales Recruiters who thrive on hitting goals, scaling fast, and delivering results. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting for our sales and business development roles, driving the pipeline that fuels our revenue growth. You’ll work closely with sales and revenue leaders to forecast needs, sharpen hiring profiles, and deliver top performers quickly. What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of sales roles (Business Development, BDR, Account Managers) with speed and precision. Source proactively through multiple channels, bringing in top-tier, goal-oriented talent. Build and maintain strong pipelines to stay ahead of hiring demands and minimize time-to-fill. Partner with sales leadership to understand quarterly targets and align recruiting strategies to meet them. Maintain constant visibility into recruiting metrics—conversion rates, offer acceptance, time-to-hire, and funnel efficiency—and use data to drive decisions. Keep candidates engaged and excited, ensuring a first-class experience from outreach to offer. Streamline processes, experiment with tools, and remove bottlenecks to hit hiring goals faster. Who you are: 3–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in high-volume or sales recruiting. Proven success hitting hiring and pipeline targets in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Sales-first mindset—you understand urgency, competition, and what drives sales performers. Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines across multiple markets and levels. Experience using ATS systems and CRM tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby). Highly organized, goal-driven, and comfortable owning ambitious quotas. Natural communicator who can influence candidates and hiring partners with confidence and speed. The pay range for this position is $50-$60 per hour; however, the base pay may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. This is a remote first role operating in the eastern standard time zone with a hybrid option if you are in the New York City area.
