The Mission We are seeking a high-performing Full-Stack Engineer to join our new product engineering team. This is a hands-on development role focused on rapidly building and deploying a new suite of digital products, including our internal company intelligence platform and customer-facing tools. You will report to the Senior Full-Stack Engineering Lead and focus on implementing best practices and delivering clean, efficient code. What You'll Do Implementation & Delivery: You will own the full-stack implementation for specific features and components, ensuring timely delivery and a focus on measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for bringing product requirements to life, including features for our company intelligence platform and Optimizely integrations. Architectural Contribution: You will contribute to the implementation of the technical architecture for our new Next.js and React-based applications. Your focus will be on ensuring the systems you build are scalable, resilient, and performant. Engineering Standards: You will rigorously follow established best practices for code quality, security, and performance as defined by the Engineering Lead and Technology Leadership Team. You will adhere to the defined development lifecycle, including version control and CI/CD pipelines. Team Collaboration: You will partner closely with the Senior Engineering Lead to support the wider team of engineering resources and work with the Data organization to ensure data integrity. Cross-Functional Execution: You will work with the Product, DevOps, Data, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and efficient development. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a proactive developer with strong technical skills and a passion for building high-quality products. You likely demonstrate: Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a software engineering role, with a focus on building full-stack web applications. Platform Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Next.js and React. You have a solid understanding of modern JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based architecture. CMS Integration Experience: Proven experience developing solutions that integrate with a Headless CMS, preferably Optimizely (formerly Episerver). Technical Acumen: You are a full-stack developer comfortable with both frontend component design and backend logic/database integration. You have a working understanding of CI/CD principles and have used platforms like GitHub Actions and Vercel. Teamwork: The ability to work effectively within a distributed team environment and contribute positively to a culture of technical excellence. Problem-Solving: The ability to translate technical specifications into clean, working code and a strong passion for solving real-world problems with technology.
