Senior Product Manager -Consumer Digital Product About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven remote Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for consumer facing digital products that make a life changing impact to people's lives. The right candidate has both the creative and technical skills to bring expertise and experience in defining, developing, and optimizing outstanding mobile and web apps. This role requires a mastery of sprint planning, task sizing, feature prioritization, roadmap building, and iterative product optimization. Design-minded, empathetic, and data-driven, the ideal candidate can make informed decisions while synthesizing the input of engineers, designers, clients, and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead and manage an agile development team to deliver high-quality product features on time and within scope • Define and prioritize features, based on user feedback, market analysis, and business objectives and make well-reasoned tradeoHs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics, to ensure seamless product execution • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and engagement • Lead UI/UX, you know the importance of great UX and what it looks like • Oversee the roadmap for mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Advocate for user needs and ensure the product addresses pain points in the wellness and healthcare market. Qualifications • At least 4 years of experience managing consumer-facing digital products • Proven leading software products from inception through launch and iteration in an Agile environment • Expertise in product adoption strategies, user engagement, and subscription models • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product development • Demonstrated success in growing a user base for a digital product. • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide cross[1]functional teams • The ability to break down problems from high-level ideas and objectives into successful products • Experience in the wellness and healthcare space is a plus but not required • Proficiency with agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana • Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma to collaborate on UI/UX Life Line Screening is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
