Job Description: We’re seeking experienced and dependable clean-up crews or individuals to assist with hoarding and deep-clean projects on a 1099 independent contractor basis. These jobs require patience, discretion, and attention to detail while working in challenging environments. This is contract-based work — ideal for small teams or independent professionals who take pride in transforming spaces and supporting meaningful restoration projects. Responsibilities: • Perform detailed clean-outs of cluttered or hoarded environments. • Sort, organize, and remove debris and personal items under direction of coordinators. • Handle donation, disposal, and deep-cleaning tasks. • Operate safely and respectfully in sensitive client situations. • Maintain professional communication with coordinators and clients. • Transport and properly dispose of materials (if equipped). Requirements: • Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor (own transportation and basic tools/equipment preferred). • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied conditions. • Experience in hoarding clean-up, junk removal, or property restoration strongly preferred. • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. • Excellent communication, discretion, and teamwork skills. • General liability insurance is preferred. Compensation: • Pay: Competitive project-based pay depending on job size and scope. • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (you manage your own taxes). • Schedule: Flexible — work assigned based on availability and location.
