Position Details: • Full-Time, Exempt • 40 hours per week • Flexibility for onsite in Bellevue, NE or remote within the United States, with frequent travel to the Assigned Territory below. Position Overview: Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the College Recruiter is responsible for student recruitment expansion through outreach to colleges within an assigned territory as well as an enhanced focus on assisting in the development of a Doctor of Chiropractic ambassador program. Activities include but are not limited to researching and identifying schools in target territories, locating and meeting with key contacts, organizing and delivering in person classroom and club presentations, organizing and attending Discovery Night events (Chiropractic career nights) in target Chiropractic offices, and attending outreach events as needed to increase Life West's presence and marketability at each school. The College Recruiter follows up with the onsite admissions team after each trip and creates detailed reports to track each contact made and all outcomes. The incumbent will report to the Life West campus in Hayward, CA when they are not traveling for the role. Assigned Territory • Missouri • Nebraska • Kansas • Wisconsin • Iowa • South Dakota • Oklahoma • Colorado • Other surrounding states as needed Essential Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain college outreach in target states with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with career services offices, college professors, student clubs, and health professions advisors. • Meet and/or exceed assigned event KPIs and recruitment goals. • Deliver group presentations that generate prospective student interest. • Attend graduate and professional school fairs in assigned territories. • Create and maintain a database of key university contacts and sustain ongoing professional relationships. • Travel regularly to represent the College at off-site events, while maintaining ongoing reporting, communication with the recruitment team, and outreach targets. • Assist in developing a robust network of DC ambassadors to increase prospective student referrals. • Organize and attend Discovery Nights (Chiropractic career nights) at chiropractic offices in assigned territories and beyond, as needed. • Use approved presentation materials, including PowerPoint and marketing collateral. • Attend college-sponsored events and professional meetings as assigned. • Assist in promoting quarterly Discovery Weekend events. • Assume additional responsibilities, perform special projects, and assist with other duties as requested. • Exhibit student-centeredness in all outreach and recruitment efforts. • Demonstrate professionalism, respect, inclusivity, and a positive attitude when representing the College on and off campus. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • 2-3 years of experience in sales, campus recruitment, or related experience. • Experience in the chiropractic field, a chiropractic office, or a chiropractic school preferred but not required. • Proficient with Microsoft suite and G Suite drive/ tools. • Experience utilizing CRM software (Hubspot) is strongly preferred. • Must possess strong professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to small and large groups. • Requires the ability to work independently in a complex environment with a high level of accuracy, positivity, reliability, and collaboration. • Excellent skills in time management, organization, oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving, and team building. • Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts in routine as well as crisis situations.
