Now, we are building the infrastructure to impact millions. We need the Architect to build the engine. The Role: The "How" to Marc’s "What "Marc is the visionary, the teacher, and the face of the movement. You are the strategic engine. As Chief of Staff, you aren't just managing a calendar; you are Marc’s proxy and partner. You will translate high-level ideas into scalable systems, ensuring that as our impact grows, our operations remain elegant, simple, and world-class. Your success allows Marc to stay in his "Zone of Genius"—teaching and inspiring—while you own the "Zone of Execution. "What You Will Own • Strategic Growth Pipeline: Turn Marc’s influence into a high-functioning acquisition engine. You’ll oversee outreach, manage the CRM, and streamline the journey from "initial handshake" to "signed contract" for global workshops and speaking engagements. • Programmatic Excellence: Own the delivery of the Life Business Plan Academy and the Decade Mastermind. From enrollment logistics to the "white-glove" participant experience, you ensure every touchpoint feels transformative. • The Operational Backbone: Build and refine our "Internal OS." You will select, implement, and automate the tools (CRM, Project Management, Dashboards) that allow a lean, global team to punch way above its weight class. • Team Orchestration: Lead our specialized contractors (marketing, VA, design) to ensure deadlines are met and the brand remains cohesive. • Founder Stewardship: Act as Marc’s right hand—preparing materials, tracking priorities, and "seeing around corners" to solve problems before they reach his desk. Your Track Record • 10+ years in high-level Operations, Chief of Staff, or Program Management roles. • Experience in the entrepreneurial, coaching, or membership space (you understand the "expert" business model). • Expertise in modern SaaS stacks: CRM automation, Google Workspace, and AI-driven workflows. • Exceptional English communication—you can represent the Founder with polish and poise.
