The Business Central Developer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to advise, develop, and deploy ERP applications. Responsibilities include system architecture design, migrating legacy systems to the cloud, and maintaining existing code bases.
Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP applications. Bilingualism in English and French is required for this role.

What’s your role: Our Developer is expected to collaborate with LIDD's internal team and client subject matter experts to advise, develop, and deploy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications by: Advising on system architecture and solution design; Migrating legacy systems to the cloud; Developing enhancements to existing platforms; Examining problems and correcting errors; Deploying enhancements, integrations and data migrations; Day-to-day you will: Support the deployment of technologies as part of new deployment and continuous improvement projects; Maintain and optimize existing code base in a team-based environment; Review tickets with team members for assessment and resolution; Leverage industry standards to develop customizations to systems in accordance with best practices; Resolve issues, maintain effective communication with technical management/architects and the immediate team; Analyze the source of problems, locating trends, and recommending measures that will minimize or eliminate future occurrences; Partner with co-workers to research problems and find solutions; Implement, test and correct software solutions. To qualify for this role, you’ll need: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Software, information technology, supply chain management, industrial engineering, distribution OR related field; At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications; Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and of Quality Assurance techniques using source code control repositories, debugging and testing experience; Excellent written and spoken English and French *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec; Considered a plus: Experience in deployment/go-live of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar applications; Knowledge of SQL databases; Knowledge of Web Services transaction, SOAP and REST; Knowledge of Dynamics Power Platform; Knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central; Join our fast-growing consulting firm and quickly gain valuable experience.
