Position Summary Librium Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a senior-level Navy leader working on critical infrastructure, energy resilience, and other high-profile national priorities. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career, gain exposure to senior government leadership, and grow within a fast-paced, mission-focused consulting environment. This role requires excellent judgment, adaptability, and a professional demeanor capable of navigating dynamic requirements and shifting priorities. You will work in the client environment at the Washington Navy Yard 3–4 days per week, with 1-2 days per week remote. Minimal travel may be required at the client discretion. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Coordination • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a senior Navy executive. • Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, travel coordination, and briefing preparation. • Track evolving priorities and ensure smooth execution of actions, deadlines, and engagements. Client Interaction & Communication • Serve as a reliable and professional point of contact for senior military, civilian, and contractor personnel. • Support the preparation of briefs, read-aheads, presentations, and correspondence. • Maintain awareness of key issues, ensuring leadership is prepared and informed. Project & Office Support • Assist with coordination of ongoing infrastructure and energy-related initiatives, including high-profile and innovative resilience projects. • Organize meetings, facilitate logistics, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders. • Support internal Librium Group workflows and communicate regularly with the Librium team. Qualifications Required: • 1–3 years of experience providing administrative, executive assistant, or operational support. • Bachelor Degree • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Professional presence and discretion when handling sensitive or high-visibility matters. • Interest in building a long-term career within a mission-driven consulting environment. Preferred: • Experience supporting the Department of the Navy, Department of Defense, or other federal agencies. • Familiarity with energy, infrastructure, installation programs, or federal operations. • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
