Role Description: Prolific producer, hands-on, full-stack creative to lead production of rich-multimedia content for a highly viral human-mission-based social campaigns. Requirments: (Minimum) 5-years design team leadership; 10-years broad-based branded content / media creation. Skills: • Design: Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, Premier Pro, • GenAI: MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly. • Audio: Audition, Ableton, DaVinci Fairlight. • Content: Canva, Photoshop Generative Fill, Descript + CapCut AI templates. • Social: TikTok, Instagram Reels tools + rules + trends. • Available at least ~15 hours per week consistently; Compensation / Relationship: We are a small, passionate team of early stage equity co-founders seeking another key fractal (part-time) member interested in earning early-stage Seed Pool company ownership — NOT immediate salaried renumeration until security of our seed round, expected in 6-12 months.
