Role Description: Prolific producer, ands-on, full-stack creative to lead production of rich-multimedia content for a highly viral human-mission-based social campaigns. Requirments: (Minimum) 5-years startup operations; 5-years cross-functional Agile team leadership. Skills: • Agile / S.M.A.R.T. goal concept fluency. • Trello, Asana, Jira-based project management. • Web3, D.A.O. smart-contract operations. • Process-based leadership + internal communication. • Administrative automation toolkit. • Type-A, detail-oriented, highly-intentional process-based organization. • Available at least ~15 hours per week consistently; Compensation / Relationship: We are a small, passionate team of early stage equity co-founders seeking another key fractal (part-time) member interested in earning early-stage Seed Pool company ownership — NOT immediate salaried renumeration until security of our seed round, expected in 6-12 months.
