Job Description As the Manager, Talent Management at Libra Solutions based in Las Vegas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies across our dynamic organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent management programs that reinforce our commitment to a collaborative and innovative company culture. By partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our talent initiatives align with organizational goals and foster an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best. You will collaborate with the VP, Talent Acquisition & Development to execute the strategic vision for talent management and organizational development, oversee the execution of talent development programs, and coordinate cross-departmental projects. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and facilitation will be essential to not only drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, performance, and development, but also to nurture and sustain a culture of growth and high performance throughout the company. Success in this role requires strong project management, analytical, implementation, system thinking and communication skills. As well as a passion for empowering employees and supporting organizational excellence. Responsibilities Strategic Execution & Project Management Lead and manage high-impact talent initiatives including onboarding, enterprise talent reviews, performance management processes, and employee engagement. Partner with the VP to execute the strategic vision for talent management and organizational development Drive projects from conception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and thorough follow-up while also considering how systems, tools and processes connect. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments and leadership levels Talent Management & Development Execute performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration and year-end evaluations Support talent reviews with leadership teams to assess performance and succession planning Analyze talent data and metrics to create meaningful reports and presentations for senior leadership Refine and apply the capabilities matrix to assess and develop key skills, aligning with business needs and talent initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation Lead meetings and rally stakeholders around talent initiatives Influence without authority to drive adoption of talent processes and programs Collaborate with People Operations, senior leaders, and functional leaders Provide guidance on performance management and development best practices Program Implementation & Optimization Oversee end-to-end operations for assigned talent development programs Ensure seamless delivery, process optimization, and measurable outcomes Navigate talent management platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and supporting technology 7+ years of corporate learning and development experience 5+ years of leadership experience Graduate or professional work or advanced degree or equivalent experience recommended Deep understanding of performance review cycles, talent calibrations, and succession planning processes Familiarity with career pathing frameworks Exceptional project management capabilities - you're the person who makes things happen High attention to detail with systematic follow-up and follow-through Strong influence and communication skills across all organizational levels Facilitation expertise - comfortable leading meetings and engaging diverse stakeholders Planning and organizational excellence - you see the big picture and manage the details Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and making decisions that impact
