Description JOB TITLE: Senior Director, Account Management LOCATION: Dayton, Ohio (On-site, daily) REPORTING TO: Chief Executive Officer PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION: Libra Industries is seeking a senior, commercially focused Vice President of Account Management to lead and materially elevate the commercial execution of assigned strategic customer relationships, while also supporting enterprise-wide contract negotiation and commercial governance. This role will report directly to the CEO and will serve as the primary commercial leader for a portfolio of complex, high-expectation customer relationships operating in high-complexity manufacturing environments. The role is intentionally designed to strengthen discipline around costing, pricing, cost reduction, operational efficiency, customer performance, and profitability optimization. In addition to direct account leadership, the Vice President of Account Management will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to support contract negotiations, contract management, and commercial standards across the broader business. This is an on-site leadership role based in the Dayton, Ohio area and requires regular domestic and international travel. Requirements Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Commercial Leadership - Own and lead all commercial aspects of assigned strategic customer relationships. - Establish and enforce best-in-class discipline across product and program costing, pricing strategy, margin structure, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability optimization. - Serve as the senior commercial interface for assigned customers. - Develop and execute structured account strategies aligned to company financial and operational objectives. - Drive improved production efficiency, commercial responsiveness, and service performance in coordination with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance. Profit Optimization & Performance Management - Lead margin improvement initiatives across assigned accounts. - Establish and maintain performance metrics and dashboards. - Identify commercial risks, margin erosion, scope changes, and contractual exposure. Contract Negotiation & Commercial Governance - Support the CEO in negotiation and execution of manufacturing services agreements. - Lead and support complex commercial negotiations. - Drive consistent commercial standards and governance practices. - Partner with legal, finance, and operations to ensure contract alignment. Cross-Functional Leadership - Operate effectively in a matrix environment. - Advocate for both customer expectations and company profitability. - Align teams around commercial priorities. Relationship & Issue Management - Manage demanding customer environments. - Lead escalation and issue resolution. - Balance customer satisfaction with commercial discipline. Required Qualifications & Experience - Senior-level experience in manufacturing services or complex industrial environments. - Expertise in costing, pricing, margin management, and performance improvement. - Experience managing executive-level customer relationships. - Strong contract negotiation experience. - Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, aerospace and defense, medical devices, or advanced industrial systems. - Knowledge of precision machining and system integration. - Process- and metric-driven leadership style. - Ability to manage complex and challenging customers. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications - PMP or equivalent PMO certification. - Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations. Personal Characteristics - Self-starter with strong ownership and must-win attitude. - Highly analytical and detail-oriented. - Strong executive presence. - Comfortable partnering directly with the CEO. - Willing to challenge constructively and drive change. Work Location This position is based in the Dayton, Ohio area and is expected to be on-site daily.
