About the Role Liberty Property & Asset Management is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager / Estimator to support interior commercial construction projects across a portfolio of office, medical, and industrial flex properties. This role focuses on interior buildouts, renovations, and space reconfigurations within existing buildings. Working closely with the VP of Construction, this role supports estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for interior commercial construction projects • Perform quantity takeoffs and review drawings and specifications • Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor bids • Assist with project schedules, timelines, and coordination of work • Track project costs, change orders, and budget updates • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle • Assist with project documentation, contracts, and reporting • Support day-to-day coordination of multiple active projects Qualifications • Experience in commercial interior construction • Background in estimating, project coordination, or construction administration • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with budgets and numbers • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; estimating or project management software a plus Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for professional growth Why Join Us?
