VP of Digital Marketing Full time remote opening for a VP of Digital Marketing. Client is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader out of a brand/retailer to build and scale social (paid + organic) and streaming/CTV channels from the ground up. The ideal candidate has deep client-side experience, proven growth playbooks, and the ability to drive measurable impact through awareness and consideration marketing. What You’ll Do • Lead Strategy & Execution • Own end-to-end strategy for paid/organic social and streaming/CTV channels • Build scalable frameworks for budgeting, attribution, forecasting, and ROI • Define key success metrics (brand lift, reach, engagement, aided recall) • Be Hands-On Early • Personally drive early execution: campaign design, vendor selection, and optimization • Transition into strategic leadership as the function scales • Scale Social Media Programs • Manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and more • Develop organic social strategy including influencer and community programs • Drive continuous testing and innovation across creative, targeting, and platforms • Build & Expand Streaming/CTV • Launch and optimize campaigns across DSPs, OTT, addressable, and direct publisher channels (e.g., Hulu, Peacock) • Test interactive and shoppable formats to boost engagement • Use cross-device strategies to connect awareness with conversions • Drive Measurement & Optimization • Establish a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making • Leverage attribution models and MMM to prove impact and guide spend • Stay ahead of trends in platforms, tools, and media innovation • Team Leadership & Collaboration • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team • Foster a “test-and-learn” mindset and culture of continuous improvement • Collaborate across marketing, product, finance, compliance, and more • Educate internal stakeholders on the role of mid-funnel media What You Bring • 10+ years in media strategy and execution, with expertise in social and CTV • Proven success building and scaling channels client-side (not just agency) • Deep knowledge of attribution modeling and MMM • Strong budget ownership, planning, and ROI accountability • Experience launching CTV campaigns across programmatic, OTT, and direct buys • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Bonus: Background in regulated industries like fintech or financial services Tim Campbell Liberty Personnel Services Inc. www.linkedin.com/pub/tim-campbell/0/a9b/616 #IT #director
