VP of Enterprise Analytics My client has a full time opening for a VP of Enterprise Analytics. This is a remote role. Marketing Data and experience in Financial Services is preferred. Seeking a visionary Vice President of Enterprise Analytics to lead a centralized analytics organization supporting Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, and Customer Experience. This executive will drive actionable insights for strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and growth, collaborating with the Chief Data Officer and data teams (ML, BI, Data Engineering) to align initiatives and foster a data-driven culture. Key Responsibilities Analytics Strategy • Develop and execute an enterprise analytics strategy aligned with business goals. • Scale a centralized analytics model to meet cross-functional needs. • Enforce data governance and reporting standards for trust and transparency. • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with data teams. Insight Generation • Deliver insights on sales, operations, costs, customer behavior, and product performance. • Partner with leaders to execute high-impact analytics initiatives. • Oversee executive dashboards and BI tools. Process Analytics • Model workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. • Embed analytics into core systems with Technology and Data Operations. • Conduct data-driven root cause analyses. Modeling & Forecasting • Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics with the ML team for strategic decisions. • Build forecasting models for revenue, staffing, and customer trends. • Adopt emerging analytics technologies. Stakeholder Engagement • Advise executives, translating analytics into strategic insights. • Drive data-driven decision-making culture. • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor analysts, fostering collaboration with data teams. • Build a high-performance environment focused on learning and excellence. • Expand the analytics team to meet enterprise needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred. • 10+ years in analytics/data science/BI, with 5+ years in leadership. • Proven success scaling analytics in complex organizations. • Expertise in statistical modeling, visualization, and BI platforms (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI). • Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence. Preferred Attributes • Experience in financial services or regulated industries. • History of measurable business improvements via analytics. • Knowledge of data governance/compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
