Full Description

Description As a Data Solutions Analyst within the People, Purpose, and Brand (PP&B) Data Office, you will design, build, and maintain prototype data solutions and business process automation to meet the needs of our business customers. By developing trusted partnerships with our data community and leveraging existing tooling capabilities, you will be instrumental in advancing PP&B in our Data Maturity journey. Candidates located within 50 miles of Liberty Mutual offices in Boston, MA, Portsmouth, NH, or Seattle, WA will be hybrid with two days in office per week. Remote candidates are also eligible for this role. Responsibilities Participates in the design and development of data solutions and process automation that enable effective self-service data consumption and can describe their value to the customer. Participates in the maintenance of proof-of-concepts and prototype data solutions. Assist in assessment of their viability and scalability, with partnership from Technology. Ensure data solutions include deliverables required to achieve high quality data. Ability to test and understand new technologies as needed to progress initiatives. Understand and advance the maturity in which we leverage our data platforms. Assist in optimizing processes and code without compromising quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of experience with coding for data wrangling, analytics, and/or data science, or master’s degree with no professional experience, or equivalent. Experience with SQL and Python Skills for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in cross-functional teams Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate preferred About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
