• 717686 Liberty Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse leader for an anticipated Clinical Director opening. This is a newly created remote position which will allow you to work from your home office in Massachusetts (residency in Massachusetts is a firm requirement). As Liberty Healthcare’s Clinical Director, you will support a large-scale initiative which seeks to ensure the quality and consistency of nursing assessments of adults who are living with disabilities and seeking adult day health, adult foster care, group adult foster care, and personal care attendant services. Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing hiring and training of Registered Nurse Assessors • Conducting retrospective quality reviews of completed nursing assessments • Conducting proficiency testing and assessing performance and competency • Developing and implementing performance improvement plans and monitoring efficacy • Ensuring staffing levels consistently meet productivity requirements and deadlines • Data analysis and reporting As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect: • Annual salary of $150,000 • Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance • 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days • Health Savings Account, 401k plan, and other perks Full details on Liberty's benefits plan are available at www.libertyhealthcare.com/upload/138.pdf The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
