A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Clinical Director (remote). Key Responsibilities • Serve as a consultant to a team of training professionals • Evaluate the quality and efficacy of a training program for nurse assessors • Conduct proficiency testing and assess competency of nurse assessors Required Qualifications, Training, and Education • Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse • Subject matter expertise in eligibility requirements related to Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) • Experience conducting functional assessments of adults who are living with disabilities • Deep knowledge of interrater reliability and quality assurance methodologies • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree is a bonus)
