Project Manager – Commercial Interiors (Healthcare) Location: Rockville, MD (On-site) Travel: 1–2 job site visits per week (all within 1 hour of the office) Salary: $85,000 annually Job Type: Full-time Requirements/Prerequisites: Bachelors Degree, 2 Years PM experience About Liberty Construction At Liberty Construction, we specialize in building medical and dental interiors for practice owners across the DMV region. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple healthcare interior fit-out projects ranging from $300K to $1M, each with the average construction timeline of 90 days. Projects are typically interior fit outs of dental offices, surgical centers and veterinarian practices. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout all project phases, collaborating closely with site superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners and physicians (end users) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate design modifications during the construction phase in partnership with owners, architects, and subcontractors. • Develop and update project schedules using SmartSheet, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Facilitate weekly project meetings to communicate progress and budget status to all relevant team members. • Ensure all trade partners understand their scope of work and contractual obligations. • Manage Project Updates and Coordination through Procore and Asana. • Monitor material delivery timelines to ensure timely project progression. • Collaborate with site superintendents and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within Commercial or Healthcare Construction. • Proficiency in project management and reading construction drawings, using tools like Bluebeam and Procore. • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
