Job Overview We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability, resilience, and high performance of our infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for promptly responding to incidents, maintaining system reliability, and supporting the seamless delivery of new features. Main Responsibilities Support and maintain cloud infrastructure Respond to and resolve production incidents promptly Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot issues across various systems Implement and enhance CI/CD processes for efficient deployments Contribute to the development and improvement of observability systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical documentation 3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles Strong AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, EKS) and Kubernetes/Docker experience Proficient in Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
