Liba Fabrics Corp. Who We Are: Liba Fabrics established in 1962 is a Fabric Distributor (see www.libafabrics.com for the complete line), Manufacturer of Custom Sewing Products (i.e. Drapes, Tablecloths, Truss Covers, etc.), and Print Products (Banners, Displays, SEG Graphics). We partner with a wide variety of industries in North America including Special Events, Production, Audio Visual, Lighting, Hospitality, and many more. The Liba Fabrics' Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for: 1. Developing Strong Relationships with our Existing Customer Base via phone, email, and visitation (on a limited basis). Involves receiving orders, working through possible obstacles, and seeing these orders through to completion. 2. Growing this Customer Base through existing Fabric Products and Cross-selling our new Product Lines i.e. Printing, Custom Sewing, Printing Hardware, etc. 3. Communication with Inactive Customers and Prospects to bring them back to life. 3. Working with New Customers developed by referral, inbound leads, and directed outbound communication as the situation arises. • *Please note that this is an in-office position 5 days a week in our NYC Headquarters.
