HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary - Onsite) Location: Seattle, WA Pay: $25-$32/hr Duration: 3-6 month contract Overview Immediate need for an HR Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced HR team during a peak hiring cycle. This is a fully onsite, temporary role supporting recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation. Responsibilities • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling • Prepare offer letters and onboarding packets • Process background checks and I-9 documentation • Maintain HRIS records and personnel files • Track recruiting metrics in Excel • Respond to employee HR inquiries • Support compliance and audit preparation Qualifications • 1+ year administrative or HR support experience • Strong Outlook calendar management experience • Proficient in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) • Ability to work fully onsite Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Darian Tang Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
