Staff Accountant Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a small, collaborative accounting team. This role supports full-cycle accounting processes and contributes to ERP implementation while providing occasional administrative backup. Key Responsibilities • Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts for month-end close • Assist with billing, inventory, and accounts payable • Generate subsidiary financial statements and maintain intercompany balances • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Maintain fixed asset records and assist with audits • Provide backup for cost reports, multi-state sales tax filings, and ERP maintenance • Perform occasional office administration tasks (phones, greeting visitors) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Finance accepted with 3+ years full-cycle accounting experience) • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience in manufacturing, construction, or job-costing environments • ERP system experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently • High integrity, initiative, and adaptability Benefits Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan with company match.
