Job Posting: Service Logistics Coordinator Location: Redwood City, CA 94065 Pay Range: $24–$26 per hour Schedule/Work Environment: M-F 8am to 5pm, Onsite in Redwood City office Position Overview The Service Logistics Coordinator supports internal and external customers by managing requests related to quotes, orders, shipments, inventory, returns, and service activities. This role directly assists field teams and cross-functional partners, contributing to operational efficiency and revenue support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is motivated by variety, problem solving, and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve requests, including priority orders, quotations, service requests, pricing issues, product availability questions, billing inquiries, returns, cancellations, and general concerns. • Perform and accurately record physical inventory results for field personnel. • Manage daily operations by preparing and maintaining reports (daily/weekly), monitoring KPIs, processing returns, coordinating drop shipments, reviewing back-order status, and scheduling outgoing shipments. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for a wide range of customer and operational issues. • Follow established service quality standards and meet required processing times. • Support process improvements by identifying enhancement opportunities, implementing best practices, and sustaining ongoing improvements. • Document standard processes and contribute to continuous optimization efforts. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment. • 2+ years in a high-volume call center, customer service, or service administration environment. • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus.
