LHH is seeking a highly skilled Program Developer for our client in Portland, OR, to lead the commercialization and expansion of a Service Centers program supporting refurbishment, reuse, and logistics of data center components. This role is responsible for designing scalable workflows, building operational hubs, defining service offerings, and establishing program infrastructure to drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, thriving in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. This is a unique opportunity to develop a full-service operational program from the ground up, delivering tangible business impact over a 6-month engagement with potential for longer-term transition. Key Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive roadmap and pilot program for multi-site Service Centers, including hub setup, customer onboarding, and operational workflows. • Define operational models, service offerings, and scalable processes for inventory management, refurbishment, and reuse. • Forecast requirements for handling product weights up to 10,000 lbs and design safe, efficient workflows. • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Sustainability, Sales, and FP&A to ensure alignment and consensus. • Deliver formal program documentation, including business plans, operational outlines, financial models, and cost structures. • Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders to support pilot launch and ongoing program execution. Target Candidate Profile Seniority / Level: Senior Manager, Director, or Senior Director in operations/logistics leadership. Experience / Background: • Deep logistics and operational expertise, ideally from hyperscale providers (AWS, Amazon, Oracle, Meta) or data center OEMs/integrators. • Track record of building or scaling multi-site operational programs. • Strong cross-functional collaboration, consensus-building, and P&L ownership. • Hands-on experience in program implementation with operational accountability.
