🔍 Product Liability Paralegal – Chicago, IL 💼 Salary: $65,000–$90,000/year + Bonus Potential 🩺 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Are you a litigation paralegal with a passion for product liability and trial work? We’re looking for a Product Liability Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join a high-performing legal team in Chicago, Illinois. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on complex cases involving medical and mass torts, manage discovery, and actively participate in trial preparation and logistics. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Manage large-scale product liability cases, including medical records and mass torts. • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files. • Draft, serve, and track subpoenas in compliance with local court rules. • Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and case calendars. • Conduct legal and factual research, including cite checking. • Summarize medical and legal records for attorney review. • Prepare and file court documents using systems like Odyssey. • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit compilation and logistics. 🎓 What You Bring • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (product liability or medical/mass torts preferred). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Zoom, Dropbox, and legal software (e.g., Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw). • Self-starter with the ability to manage caseloads independently. • Willingness to travel and participate in trials. 💰 Compensation & Perks • Salary: $65,000–$90,000/year • Bonus: Discretionary profit-sharing and merit-based bonuses. • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k). • Extras: Paid time off (vacation, sick, parental leave), transportation benefits, and hybrid work flexibility (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
