Location: Secaucus, NJ - fully onsite Direct hire, full-time Position Summary We are seeking a Procurement Analyst supports the platform procurement team in ensuring the right vendor is selected for the right product, achieving time-to-market goals with optimal cost, managing specification changes, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities • Manage NDAs, MSAs, and all related business contracts. • Coordinate RFI/RFP/RFQ processes to support vendor selection and award strategy. • Drive appropriate terms and conditions, including INCOTERM and payment terms. • Support end-to-end new product development processes, including part number creation, BOM updates, sample fulfillment, and cost management (NRE, tooling fees, unit cost). • Ensure smooth product lifecycle transitions from NPI to MP, aligned with manufacturing strategies. • Coordinate engineering changes during product sustainment, including spec clarifications and special requests. • Facilitate communication between engineering and vendors to ensure efficiency and protect company interests. • Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations. • Conduct competitive market analysis and manage supplier performance using scorecards. • Apply advanced procurement principles and ERP/MRP systems knowledge. • Use software and analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data for business decisions. • Prepare presentations and reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros preferred) and PowerPoint. • Work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment across multiple sites. • Engage with OEM and VAR channel marketplaces. • Manage the full RFx process from requirements gathering to vendor award. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on IT hardware, software, and professional services. • Strong understanding of contract law and applicable legislation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is desirable.
