Operations Manager (Contract) – Warehouse | $52.88-$57.69/hr | Norwalk, CA Duration: 2-3 months Location: Norwalk, CA (On-site) Pay Rate: $52-$57 per hour (based on experience) About the Role: LHH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support our client's warehouse team during a critical period. This contract position oversees daily operations for a unionized workforce of approximately 70 employees, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with company and union standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. • Supervise, motivate, and support a team of 70 union warehouse employees. • Ensure compliance with union contracts, company policies, and safety regulations. • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to resolve employee relations issues and support operational goals. • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and implement process improvements. • Oversee inventory management, shipping, receiving, and quality control. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
