LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Marketing Project Coordinator for our client in Philadelphia, PA. Our client is a leading asset manager dedicated to helping individuals, financial professionals and institutions design better portfolios. The firm provides access to alternative sources of income and growth and focuses on setting industry standards for investor protection, education and transparency. Position Summary The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Project Manager will provide operational and project management support to the Marketing Strategy & Operations team. This role is critical for ensuring efficient execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining operational rhythms, and supporting cross-functional alignment across Marketing. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with leadership, analytics, and campaign teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management • Manage intake, planning, timelines, resources, and risk for marketing projects and initiatives. • Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other departments. • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, including annual and quarterly planning cycles. Operational Support • Support budget tracking and operational processes for the Marketing Strategy & Operations team. • Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, team offsites, and internal communication initiatives. • Ensure marketing processes, workflows, and tools are standardized and effectively utilized. Reporting & Insights • Support performance reporting cycles (PBR, ERM, scorecards, dashboards). • Assist with tracking key metrics and providing insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with analysts to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and operational alignment. Innovation & Process Improvement • Support adoption of AI and other emerging technologies within marketing operations. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase team efficiency. • Serve as a key operational partner to leadership for implementing new initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. • Experience with marketing technology platforms (Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Monday.com, Seismic, Allego) is a plus. Streamline workflows across projects, CRM, IT, and development and gain clear visibility to make strategic decisions with confidence. Position- Marketing Project Coordinator 📍 Location: Philadelphia, PA, Onsite 💵 Pay: $30 – $34/hr.
