LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager. This role partners closely with the Office Managing Partner and Senior Regional Marketing Manager to shape and execute a local marketing strategy that aligns with firm-wide and practice-specific goals. The ideal candidate will be based in Chicago and serve as the primary marketing lead for the office. Role is hybrid 3x a week in the Chicago office. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of a local marketing strategy in collaboration with OMP and RMM. • Identify and support high-impact opportunities for attorney visibility, client engagement, and thought leadership. • Manage the office marketing budget and track ROI on initiatives. • Build and maintain relationships with local professional, civic, and industry organizations. • Coordinate sponsorships, events, and community engagements that drive business development. • Support attorney onboarding, internal culture initiatives, and summer associate programming. • Collaborate with firmwide marketing on communications, website updates, and promotional campaigns. • Oversee the coordination and delivery of all summer associate office events, ensuring alignment with the established budget • Provide pitch and proposal support and maintain marketing systems and data. • Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategy. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal marketing. • Demonstrated ability to generate a range of solutions that meet goals and identify the benefits, costs and risks associated with each solution. • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective strategies. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed. The budgeted salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000.
