Full Description

We are partnering with our Beaverton, OR manufacturing and distribution client to recruit a Marketing and eCommerce Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead a small team of marketing and design staff in creating print and digital marketing materials, running and optimizing digital campaigns, and overseeing the workflows of the marketing team. Tactically, you will conduct marketing research, maintain and advocate for brand guidelines, and nurture a strong relationship with sales teams and leaders, with the goal of providing them with marketing materials, leads and opportunity. This team also owns the company’s D2C eCommerce function, and you will be responsible for overseeing those team members and aligning digital sales strategy with overall company marketing and sales strategy. To be a fit, you should bring 5+ years of corporate marketing experience with a minimum of 2+ years managing small teams of direct reports. This role requires excellent project management, resourcing and people management skills, and will also require an understanding of marketing, creative and eCommerce operations. B2B experience is required for consideration. This organization offers a culture of empowerment and flexibility! This is a permanent, salaried role and will be onsite in Beaverton, with occasional hybrid flexibility. Pay ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on level of experience, management background and B2B knowledge. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, two weeks of PTO with separate accruing sick time at the Oregon rate. They also offer matching 401(K) and a list of optional, supplemental benefits. You will: • Serve as the strategic leader for the marketing and creative division, managing a team of direct reports in eCommerce, marketing and design, owning relationships with agencies, vendors and contractors, and driving process improvement and workflow optimization for the team • Work closely across the organization as a member of the leadership team, providing subject matter expertise, market research and input on strategic direction • Partner with sales to align marketing materials, campaigns and similar to company goals, brand guidelines and initiatives with a focus on growth in sales and brand recognition • Drive eCommerce initiatives, aligning these efforts with overall company strategy and curating marketing experiences that drive digital sales and web traffic • Support other department and organizational initiatives, as needed, including event and trade show planning, marketing research and strategy, website content and digital strategy, etc. Your experience should include: • 5+ years of marketing experience with experience leading projects in design, eCommerce, digital marketing and similar • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports in these areas, overseeing performance management, coaching, goal-setting and hiring • B2B experience in a manufacturing, distribution or similar business model • High level of technical expertise with experience in tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot or similar CRM, email marketing platforms, digital ads and social media systems, and eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify or WooCommerce, preferred) • In-depth experience managing vendors, partners and contractors within a marketing team • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with senior leaders and collaborating closely with sales teams Sound like you?
