LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic - Food Manufacturing to join their team. We are seeking a dedicated professional to help keep the production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, making timely repairs to minimize downtime. • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. • Adhere to strict safety protocols, including Lock-out Tag-out and GMPs. Qualifications and Skills: • 3+ years in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production machinery. • Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude; welding, fabrication, machining, and electrical control skills. • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, operate a scissor lift, and obtain/maintain forklift certification. • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and adapt to overtime or irregular hours as needed. • Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated production environments. Compensation Range: $35.00/hr - $40.50/hr 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am + Overtime Overtime: Potential to work 5-10 hours of overtime per week Benefits Offered: 1 week of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
