Overview: LHH is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage international shipping operations and provide inside sales support for our global customers. This role ensures compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations while driving customer satisfaction through accurate order processing and proactive communication. Key Responsibilities: International Logistics & Compliance • Manage end-to-end international shipments, ensuring compliance with U.S. and global export regulations. • Prepare and audit documentation including import licenses, permits, export filings, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and transportation providers for timely, cost-effective deliveries. • Research trade requirements and maintain knowledge of ITAR, EAR, ECCN, HTS codes, and Incoterms. Inside Sales Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers across Latin America, Canada, and the U.S. • Process export orders, generate quotes, and assist with RFQs/RFPs to meet client requirements. • Maintain partner relationships and support revenue operations through accurate pricing and proposal management. • Resolve billing and service issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications: • 3+ years in international logistics, trade compliance, or export operations. • Experience in inside sales or customer support for B2B environments. • Knowledge of U.S. export regulations (ITAR, EAR) and global trade compliance standards. • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred. • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office.
