We are seeking an Inbound SDR Manager for our client to lead inbound lead qualification and pipeline generation efforts within a dynamic marketing organization. This remote role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, ensuring every inbound lead is responded to quickly, qualified effectively, and nurtured into high-intent opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing inbound SDR team. • Conduct weekly one-on-ones, call reviews, and ongoing coaching focused on messaging, qualification, and lead follow-up. • Build a positive, performance-oriented culture aligned with marketing goals and KPIs. • Ensure fast response times and consistent follow-up to maximize lead conversion. • Develop lead qualification frameworks and partner with Marketing on messaging and campaign improvements. • Build playbooks, email scripts, messaging frameworks, and follow-up cadences to maximize lead engagement. • Track SDR activity metrics and funnel KPIs to identify conversion gaps and optimization opportunities. • Collaborate with Marketing Operations/RevOps to manage lead routing, lead scoring, and CRM hygiene. • Provide regular reporting and insights on funnel performance and SDR productivity. • Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on qualification criteria and pipeline targets. • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure SDRs are equipped with up-to-date positioning and competitive intelligence. Qualifications • 2–4+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams (inbound experience strongly preferred). • Experience working in SaaS, with a deep understanding of marketing and sales funnels. • Strong partnership skills with Marketing teams (demand generation, digital, content, product marketing). • Proven track record of improving conversion rates across the inbound funnel. • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical mindset; experienced with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). • Experience in high-growth or startup SaaS environments is a plus. • Background in demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing-led SDR teams preferred. • Familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution models is a plus.
